DIRECTIONS

Vigorously mix 1 scoop of whey shake per 6 – 10 oz of water or milk for 30-60 seconds. For those with lower protein needs, One half scoop may be consumed with 3 – 5 oz of water or milk. , Note the extra calories when combined with milk.
