Directions

To support recovery, consume one serving of HydroCool immediately after exercise (on-non-training days, consume one serving between meals) and as requiredto meet your daily protein target.

Mix 40 grams (one heaping scoop) of HydroCool with 9oz (270 ml) of cold water or milk in a glass, shaker cup or blender. For a thicker shake, mix with 6oz (180 ml) of liquid and for a thinner shake, mix with 12oz (360 ml) of liquid.
